  I've always had health related problems with my nose and throat, so I was told that the only doctor who specializes in ear and throat in Imperial Valley is Don Setliff. I was kind of shocked to see where his office was located, at first glance it doesn't look like a place a doctor would be. Nevertheless, I went and everything was ok. I saw Don Setliff and he asked me what was wrong. I told him what I'm always dealing with, and without even checking my throat or ears, he proceeded to tell me that it was all psychological. He started asking me about my background, and he said that my major in Engineering was very stressful and it was no surprise that many people might even commit suicide because of it, I don't even know why he mentioned that. I left that office upset, and for a moment there, he did make me think that it might be psychological. Still, he never checked me or linked it to my allergies. He could've suggested something helpful but he didn't. He took a psychologist approach rather than medical doctor. Did I really come into his office to get therapy? I mean....he is supposed to be an ear and throat doctor....right? My advice to you Mr. Setliff is listen to people, and just check them at least. Checking peoples ears and throats is supposed to be your specialty, so stick to it. Otherwise, change your profession, so engineer majors don't commit suicide like you said.
