  I just had my hair done at Hair Inn by Rosa. When I made the apt I ask how much it would cost. Rosa herself tells me it will be $45 to $55. So I make my apt. The day of my apt right before Rosa does anything to my hair I say "Now this is going to be between $45 to $55 right. I'm a young teenage and money is a little on the tight side. But Rosa Reassures me that it will be somewhere between $45 to $55 so I let her do my hair. When I go to pay. Rosa Charges $70.00 her excuse was it took a long time. My hair is Orange in spots, almost white in other spots and a yellow-blonde on the rest. When I get home my Mom calls Rosa to Complain. Rosa say it is because of color build up....... Mom ask her if she was going to fix the three different colors. Rosa just hangs up on her. Rosa charges $70.00 and my hair looks like Crap.. Great place to go to. beware everyone you may be next if you go there. reading the other review Kelly y. says "They all have good tips on what's new in hair and makeup. ect..... Then why does my hair look like crap?
